540 Kitchen & Bar is looking for a passionate and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

Located in the heart of downtown Fredericton, 540 Kitchen & Bar is known for elevated comfort food, locally sourced ingredients, craft beverages, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking cooks who take pride in their work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to grow their culinary skills.

What You'll Do

- Prepare and execute menu items to recipe and presentation standards
- Maintain quality, consistency, and timing during service
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy services
- Assist with prep, inventory, and station organization
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen setting

What We're Looking For

- Previous line cook experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset




- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Food Safety certification is an asset
