Job Overview
RealWorldABA is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Behaviour Interventionist to join our team. As a Behaviour Interventionist, you will play a vital role in providing in-home and center therapy to children and youth with neurodiversities. You will collaborate with a energetic interdisciplinary team and contribute to the growth and development of each child by implementing individualized behavior intervention programs, working directly with clients while being supported by a Behaviour Consultant and under the guidance of a Clinical Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Client Care & Program Implementation:
- Implement intervention programs, protocols, and behavior support plans developed by the Clinical Supervisor.
- Provide direct therapy services to clients, ensuring safety, well-being, and engagement in therapeutic activities.
Other Responsibilities:
- Willingness to complete the 40 hour RBT online training once hired
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in client interactions and documentation.
- Adhere to company policies and, health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children and with ABA is a plus but not mandatory. Trauma informed care is also a bonus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and train others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid background check and ability to adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
Must have a Class 5 drivers license, own a vehicle and be comfortable driving clients.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

- Fredericton, NB E3A 1C1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
