Responsibilities of the Job:

- To install and service various types of security systems (Intrusion Detection, Access Control, and Video) primarily within Durham and York Regions and throughout the GTA and surrounding areas when required
- To install, service, and provide testing and inspections of ULC Certified Fire Monitoring Systems
- To provide system configuration/programming, testing, and commissioning of newly installed security systems
- To provide client/end user training and ongoing customer care

Desired Work Experience/Educational Skills:

- Minimum 3+ years of Security Installation and Service Experience
- Post Secondary Education in related field (electrical/electronic/computer networking) is a definite asset
- Training Certifications for Security Industry related product lines is a definite asset (i.e. DSC, DMP, ICT, Keyscan, Avigilon, Axis, Hanwha, to name a few)
- Previous Health and Safety Training Certifications is a definite asset
- Must be fluent in English and possess exceptional written and verbal skills
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must be computer literate with above average networking skills
- Must have exceptional customer service/people skills




- Must be able to communicate with clients effectively
- Must be an organized individual capable of preparing project/job close-out documentation
- Must have the ability to meet deadlines/commitments, work well under pressure, and multi-task on a regular basis
- Must have a high level of commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- Must provide a criminal record check
