Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Banquet Server/Porter to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services during events, ensuring smooth operation of banquet functions, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Duties

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner during banquets and events
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, and serving stations
- Assist with food handling, presentation, and replenishment throughout events
- Transparent tables and assist with cleanup after events to maintain a clean dining environment
- Provide guest services by addressing inquiries, accommodating special requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety standards
- Support event staff with porter duties such as transporting supplies, equipment,



and linens as required
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, storage spaces, and banquet rooms before, during, and after events

Skills

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
- Ability to serve guests efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during special events as needed

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
