As a Donut Decorator, you’ll be the artist behind the final touch — glazing, dipping, drizzling, and sprinkling each donut to perfection. You’ll work hands-on in a fast-paced, positive environment where quality, teamwork, and a love for food come first. Every box that leaves our kitchen has your signature on it — and helps share a little joy, one donut at a time.
Key Responsibilities
- Decorate, glaze, drizzle, and finish donuts with precision and creativity.
- Work efficiently within the production line to meet and exceed daily production targets without compromising the quality of the finished product.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure each donut meets the company’s high standards for appearance and finish.
- Follow recipes and quality standards to keep every batch consistent.
- Package products neatly and efficiently for retail and wholesale orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all food safety procedures.
- Work closely with the production team to keep the decorating line running smoothly.
- Bring positive energy to the kitchen — because good vibes are part of every recipe here.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience baking, cake decorating and food preparation, ideally in a high-volume bakery or food production workplace. (min 2-3 years)
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing a consistent product.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Job Type: Part Time
Expected Hours: 20 - 40hrs a week, availability on weekends and holidays required
