We are seeking a dynamic and Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative fluent in Chinese and English to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships. Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify potential clients and expand the customer base
- Engage in insurance sales by presenting insurance options that meet client needs
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and follow up with prospective clients
- Analyze customer information to recommend suitable insurance policies and coverage options
- Communicate effectively in both Chinese and English to serve a diverse clientele
- Negotiate policy terms and pricing to close sales successfully
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, follow-up, and record keeping
- Develop marketing strategies to promote insurance products within target markets
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Market to business owners commercial insurance
Experience
- Prior experience in outside sales, retail sales,
or telemarketing is highly desirable
- Robust analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Multilingual proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese preferred) and English is required;
- Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Experience in insurance sales or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates
- Familiarity with sales administration tools and marketing strategies is advantageous

Pay: $34,500.00-$75,000.00 per year
