True View Window Cleaning is a student-led, entrepreneurship-driven company founded by Western and Ivey students. We specialize in residential window cleaning and are looking for motivated individuals who want real-world experience in sales, communication, and business development.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and a proven sales process to help you succeed.

Position Overview

As a Summer Sales Associate, your primary responsibility is generating leads and booking window cleaning appointments through door-to-door outreach in residential neighbourhoods.

This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in entrepreneurship, business, sales, marketing, or developing confidence in communication and customer interactions.

This is a commission-based role with significant earning potential for motivated individuals. Compensation is directly tied to performance and sales generated.

Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighbourhoods.
- Speak with homeowners and explain our services professionally.
- Book qualified appointments and sales for our service team.
- Track daily activity and sales performance.
- Follow company sales processes and best practices.
- Represent the True View brand with professionalism and integrity.

Compensation

This is a performance-based commission role.

You will earn a percentage of the revenue generated from the sales you personally book. Sales targets and commission structure will be discussed during onboarding.





High-performing team members have the opportunity to earn substantially more than traditional hourly summer jobs.

Schedule

- Flexible scheduling available.
- Expected commitment of approximately 5–6 days per week.
- Most shifts involve 2–4 hours of active door-to-door outreach.
- Additional hours and neighbourhood assignments may be available for top performers.

Requirements

- Comfortable speaking with new people.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills or willingness to develop them.
- Must be able to travel to assigned neighbourhoods.
