Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage services to enhance clients' relaxation, health, and overall well-being. This role requires a strong understanding of various massage techniques and excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience. The Massage Therapist will work in a serene environment dedicated to promoting health and relaxation.

Responsibilities

- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and other modalities.
- Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their wellness goals to recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing setting for clients before, during, and after sessions.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress in accordance with privacy regulations.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices to support ongoing health benefits.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards, including proper sanitation of equipment and linens.

Skills





- Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology to better understand client needs.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients.
- Strong communication skills for effectively discussing treatment plans, addressing client concerns, and providing professional advice.
- Ability to listen attentively and adapt massage techniques based on individual client feedback.
- Certification from an accredited massage therapy program and valid licensing as required by state regulations.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $85.00 per hour
