Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical office settings and possess strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage patient check-ins, check-outs, and appointments
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and routing them appropriately
- Maintain electronic medical records accurately
- Assist with insurance verification and billing tasks
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers
- Perform general office duties to support the smooth operation of the practice

Qualifications:
- Experience working with electronic medical records systems
- Familiarity with JUNO EMR software is a plus
- Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficient in front desk operations and administrative tasks




- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and staff
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone systems and handling patient inquiries

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
