Position: Bookkeeper (Full-Time)
Location: Capital Auto – Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia
Compensation: Starting from $23/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

About Us:
Capital Auto is a growing and well-established automotive dealership and service center serving the Lower Sackville area. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll
- Record and reconcile all credit card and banking transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist with monthly reports and basic financial statements

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Previous experience in a dealership or repair shop environment is considered an advantage
- Proficiency with payroll systems and general accounting principles
- Familiarity with PBS Systems is considered a plus




- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines

Preferred:

- CPA designation or active enrollment in a CPA program

(Higher compensation will be considered for CPA-certified candidates)
