Duties

- Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students to enhance their technical abilities and confidence
- Maintain a positive, motivating atmosphere that encourages student participation and creativity
- Assess student progress regularly through evaluations, practical exams, and project work
- Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and techniques in the beauty industry to ensure relevant instruction
Experience
- Proven classroom experience teaching beauty or related subjects is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of current beauty trends, products, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse learners
- Ability to demonstrate technical skills clearly and effectively in a classroom setting
- Passion for mentoring and inspiring students to achieve their professional goals
