Volkswagen North Bay is looking for an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our growing dealership team.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused qualified who enjoys working in a fast-paced automotive environment and takes pride in creating a smooth, transparent, and positive experience for every customer.

What You’ll Do

As our F&I; Manager, you will work closely with our sales team, customers, lenders, and dealership leadership to complete vehicle transactions accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Presenting financing, leasing, warranty, protection, and insurance options to customers
- Securing competitive approvals through financial institutions and lending partners
- Preparing and reviewing contracts, disclosures, and required documentation
- Ensuring all transactions comply with dealership policies and applicable regulations
- Supporting the sales team throughout the delivery process
- Building strong relationships with customers and providing excellent follow-up service
- Helping the dealership achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals





What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience as an F&I; Manager in an automotive dealership
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, warranties, and protection products
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- The ability to work effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
- A valid Ontario driver’s licence
- OMVIC certification
