About the opportunity

We're partnering with several established insurance brokerages across the Greater Toronto Area, each actively growing their teams. This isn't a single opening — it's a chance to find the right brokerage and the right structure for you: a salaried service seat, a base-plus-commission producer role, or a fully uncapped desk where your earning potential is entirely in your hands.

The timing has rarely been better. A large share of Canada's insurance professionals are approaching retirement over the next several years, and brokerages are investing heavily in the next generation of talent. That means real opportunity — strong training, mentorship, and a genuine path to build a long-term career, and a book, in a field that rewards relationship-builders.

What you'll do

- Advise clients on personal and/or commercial insurance across a full range of markets
- Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients
- Quote, place, and service policies with an eye on the right coverage, not just the quick sale
- Develop new business through referrals, networking, and your own initiative (producer roles)
- Grow your book — and, for those who want it, build and lead a team of your own down the road

What we're looking for

- A valid RIBO license (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) — this is the one true must-have.
- Beyond the license, we welcome a wide range of backgrounds:
- Newly licensed brokers looking for a first role and robust training
- Experienced brokers ready for a better structure, more upside, or their own branch
- Licensed salespeople from other industries who are hungry to grow




- A genuine drive to build relationships, and comfort in a role where your effort drives your reward

The roles & how you're paid

Because we work with several brokerages, we can match you to the setup that fits:

- Base + commission — a stable base to start (grows with experience and a book) plus generous commission splits, with room to reach higher tiers and even own-branch opportunities as you grow.
- Commission-only, uncapped — no ceiling on what you earn; ideal for driven producers who want their income to reflect their results, with established producers well into six figures.
- Salaried service & commercial roles — a steady salary with full benefits, supporting clients and underwriting on the technical side. Some of these don't require a license, though it's an asset.

Work arrangements

Versatile by design. Depending on the brokerage and role, we have remote, hybrid, and in-office options. New brokers are typically supported in-office early on for training, with flexibility as you find your feet.

Nice to have (not required)

- Bilingual ability — English plus Mandarin, Cantonese, or another language — opens additional opportunities with brokerages serving specific communities
- An existing book of business (welcome, but absolutely not required)
- Commercial lines experience for our commercial-focused desks
