Express Employment Professionals is hiring experienced 310T Truck & Coach Technicians for a rapidly growing employer in Guelph, ON. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with competitive pay and room for advancement into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose, inspect, and repair heavy-duty trucks and coach systems
- Work on steering, braking, cooling, electrical, drivetrains, suspensions, transmissions, and engines
- Perform test drives to confirm repairs and vehicle performance
- Accurately document repairs, parts used, and labour time
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Support and mentor apprentices and co-op students
- Assist with additional shop duties as required

Requirements

- Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician certification
- 5+ years of experience with heavy fleet vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills




- Experience with computerized diagnostic tools
- Ability to prioritize workload and stay organized
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
