Outside Sales Rep – Calgary AB

SSI manufactures an innovative surface mounted Artificial Lift system for Oil and Gas producers. When compared to traditional Artificial Lift systems, we offer a lower cost and more efficient design, capable of greater lifting capacities and longer stroke lengths.
As an Outside Sales Rep, you are responsible for developing new leads, closing new contracts, and maintaining and enhancing existing customer relationships. A strong technical foundation and above average communication skills are necessary for this role.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical sales

- Artificial Lift Field and Sales Experience
- Proven Sales Track Record
- Extensive Network of Artificial Lift Customers

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Promote products and services
- Act in an ethical and skilled manner
- Prepare and present technical sales presentations to new and existing Clients
- Willing to invest the time necessary to build long term Client relationships
- Timely responsiveness to client questions
- Receives client orders for products and accurately communicates orders to the appropriate department
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Work as part of a team to accomplish SSi, business unit goals, and Core Values
