We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled "Office Furniture Installer / Helper " to join our client's team below are the further details of the position:

Duties & Responsibilities

- Assist with the delivery, moving, and installation of office furniture
- Install systems furniture (mandatory experience)
- Install TV brackets, whiteboards, heavy boards, and other wall-mounted items
- Support corporate office moves, including internal relocations and building-to-building moves
- Load, unload, and move boxes, furniture components, and equipment
- Travel to various client locations to complete installation projects
- Work alongside a company driver in an installer/helper capacity
- Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to client standards

Work Schedule

- Monday to Saturday
- 40 hours per week
- Typical shifts may include:
- 6:00 AM 3:00 PM
- 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
- 7:30 AM start (depending on job bookings)
- 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Start times vary based on scheduled jobs
- Schedule is not fixed and is typically communicated the day before
- Flexibility is required

Requirements & Qualifications

- 1 2 years of hands-on experience in office furniture installation




- Mandatory experience with systems furniture
- Candidates must clearly specify the systems furniture they have worked with
- Experience installing:
- TV brackets
- Whiteboards
- Heavy wall-mounted items
- Must own personal tools (drill and hand tools)
- Tools are not required for driver-only roles
- Must have own safety shoes (FDA approval not required)
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
- Public transit is available and accessible to the office
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving furniture
- Ability to lift furniture weighing 50 75 lbs. or more
