An established construction organization is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead on-site operations for building projects. This role is responsible for coordinating all phases of construction, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities from start to completion
- Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and applicable codes
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture in alignment with established health and safety standards
- Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules, identifying and addressing potential delays
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics to ensure efficient workflow
- Review drawings and construction documents to support accurate project execution
- Monitor site productivity and support cost control efforts in collaboration with project management
- Schedule and manage site activities, including trades, deliveries, and equipment




- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Provide leadership and direction to on-site personnel and subcontractors
- Enforce site rules and address performance or compliance issues as required

Qualifications & Experience

- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar leadership role in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site operations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents
- Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and cost awareness
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Solid understanding of quality control and inspection processes
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
