Duties

- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to achieve peak performance.
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth cashiering, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and cash handling procedures.
- Oversee merchandising strategies to optimize product placement, pricing accuracy, and inventory levels aligned with sales goals.
- Handle purchasing decisions and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels that meet customer demand.
- Implement effective marketing initiatives to attract current customers and boost sales through promotional activities.
- Monitor sales performance and develop action plans to meet or exceed targets while managing budgets efficiently.
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards of communication skills, phone etiquette,



and organizational skills across the team.

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in retail management with strong leadership capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve a broad customer base effectively.
- Skilled in negotiation, marketing, and sales management techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Proficient in POS systems, bookkeeping, cash handling, and retail sales processes.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development, payroll administration, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, pricing strategies, purchasing procedures, and store management best practices.
