Candidates should have the following:
- Ability to ice cakes professionally in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to write on cakes professionally.
- Completion of Baking or Pastry course(s) is an asset;
- 6 months experience in a commercial scratch bakery;
- Ability to lift 25 kg and stand the entire shift;
- Ability to work independently;
- Help out customers when needed.
- Be able to decorate custom cakes
Responsibilities include:
- Write and decorate cakes professionally.
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment decorating not less than 4-5 cakes/hour.
- Adhering to food safety procedures;
- Keeping equipment and premises clean.
- Perform closing shift tasks

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
