Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook & Kitchen Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role involves preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly to deliver high-quality meals to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent food handling skills, and experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills and contribute to a vibrant dining experience.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble ingredients for cooking, including chopping, slicing, and measuring
- Cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as cleaning, peeling, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards
- Ensure all food handling procedures meet health regulations and safety guidelines
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure timely meal delivery




- Follow proper food storage practices to prevent contamination and spoilage
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management of shortages

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or related roles within a restaurant or food service environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of meal preparation processes and kitchen operations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Serving experience is a plus, demonstrating ability to engage with guests professionally
- Familiarity with various cooking methods and kitchen equipment
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills and a positive attitude

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
