Busy chiropractic, massage, and osteopathic clinic seeking front receptionist. Part time temporary 10-22 hours per week. Regular schedule includes day and evening shifts (approx. 2 or 3 evenings per week (until 7:00pm-ish). We are open Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends. Hours/days/evenings are negotiable.
Multiple responsibilities include: welcoming patients, booking appointments, filing, answering phones, managing patient flow in the clinic, balancing end of day books, some assisting the chiropractor in treatment room, ensuring the clinic stays clean (including cleaning the bathroom and some vacuuming), and other daily tasks may be required. Computer skills an asset. Strong communication and good telephone skills mandatory. Chiropractic or medical experience not required.
