Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves mixing drinks, serving customers, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable workplace. The Bartender will be responsible for managing bar operations and VLT machines efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, answer questions about drinks, and recommend menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies.
- Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cash register operations and balancing receipts.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking practices.
- Assist in stock management by replenishing supplies as needed.

Experience





- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, especially within a restaurant or bar setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cashiering, making change, and managing tabs accurately.
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly while maintaining compliance with legal regulations.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining quality service standards.

Pay includes 4% vacation payout.

Pay: $16.35 per hour
