Pay: $16.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience, qualifications, and position level)

Job Summary

Centre West Shell is seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for Customer Service Associate / Cashier, Supervisor, and Store Manager positions.

Successful candidates will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining operational excellence, promoting sales growth, and supporting a positive team environment. Leadership positions will also be responsible for staff supervision, scheduling, inventory control, cash management, and daily store operations.

Responsibilities

Customer Service Associate / Cashier

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process fuel, convenience store, lottery, and other retail transactions accurately.
- Promote loyalty programs, special offers, and store promotions.
- Stock shelves& cooler and maintain merchandise displays.
- Maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

Supervisor / Manager

- Supervise and support team members during daily operations.
- Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Prepare work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering and receiving.
- Manage cash handling procedures and daily reconciliations.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.
- Help drive sales growth and maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Support store operations during evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.

Qualifications

- Previous retail, convenience store, gas station, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset for Supervisor and Manager positions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service mindset.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer, POS, and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
