As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Stripe.com Consultant to help us set up, configure, and optimize our Stripe account to support smooth, compliant, and scalable payment operations.

Role Overview

The Stripe.com Consultant will be responsible for guiding our leadership team through the end-to-end setup and integration of Stripe. This includes account configuration, pricing structure setup, compliance checks, integration with existing systems, and documentation for best practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing Stripe solutions for businesses in financial services, technology, or e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and optimize our Stripe account to align with our business model.

- Set up products, subscriptions, and one-time payment flows.

- Integrate Stripe with our website and third-party platforms (e.g., CRM, accounting, or customer portals).

- Advise on payment workflows, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and compliance.

- Provide training to internal team members on how to use and manage Stripe effectively.





- Troubleshoot issues and ensure proper reporting, reconciliation, and payout structures are in place.

- Create easy-to-follow documentation and SOPs for ongoing operations.

Qualifications

- Proven experience setting up and managing Stripe accounts for businesses.

- Strong knowledge of Stripe Payments, Connect, Billing, and API integrations.

- Familiarity with global compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR, FINMA guidelines a plus).

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language.

- Experience working with financial services or technology-driven businesses is preferred.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Contract Details

- Contract Term: Short-term (with potential for extension based on project needs).

- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and project scope.

- Start Date: Immediate.
