We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and dedicated Chill Attendant to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving Dairy Queen's signature frozen treats while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety. The Chill Attendant plays an important role in creating memorable guest experiences and supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve Dairy Queen frozen treats, including Blizzards®, sundaes, cones, shakes, and other specialty desserts according to company recipes and presentation standards.
- Accurately portion ingredients and toppings while maintaining product consistency and quality.
- Ensure all food products are handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the chill station, including cleaning equipment, sanitizing work surfaces, and washing utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing.




- Provide friendly, efficient, and courteous customer service while taking and fulfilling orders accurately.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations during busy periods.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, customer service, or a quick-service restaurant is an asset.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and operational procedures.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
