Pashto/Dari-Speaking Dental Receptionist

Maxilla Dental is currently hiring one Pashto- or Dari-speaking Receptionist to join our growing team at our Kennedy Road location in Scarborough.

Position Summary

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will help create a positive patient experience by providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Process payments and assist with insurance-related inquiries
- Communicate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure efficient daily operations
- Perform general administrative and reception duties

Qualifications

- Fluency in Pashto or Dari is required to effectively communicate with our patient community




- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or Dental Clinic Receptionist is a strong asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and dental practice management software
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dental office
