Responsibilities
- Safely operate manual transmission commercial trucks to deliver freight to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and other critical systems
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, including delivery logs, inspection reports, and freight manifests
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and warehouse personnel to coordinate pickups and drop-offs
Requirements
- Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record and proven experience operating manual transmission trucks
- Experience handling freight across diverse environments with attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy loads, climbing in/out of trucks, and standing for extended periods
