Key Responsibilities:

✅ Customer Interaction – Greet customers, assess their vehicle service needs, and provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance.
✅ Maximize Sales & Revenue – Proactively identify and upsell additional services based on vehicle needs, exceeding sales goals and increasing department profitability.
✅ Service Coordination – Work closely with technicians and parts departments to ensure productive scheduling and timely completion of repairs.
✅ Work Order Management – Create accurate repair orders, obtain customer approvals, and keep detailed service records.
✅ Customer Satisfaction – Maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service, handling concerns professionally, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
✅ Performance & Efficiency – Manage multiple service appointments daily while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization.

Qualifications & Skills:





✔ Proven track record as a high-producing Service Advisor in a dealership or independent service shop.
✔ Strong sales ability with a customer-first approach.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
✔ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Proficiency with dealership management software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) is a plus.
✔ Valid driver’s license.
