We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Dishwasher to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen by ensuring all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized promptly. This role is essential in supporting the kitchen team and maintaining high food safety and cleanliness standards.

The Dishwasher will also assist with basic kitchen cleaning duties, waste disposal, and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. The ideal candidate is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting and is willing to support the team wherever needed.

Responsibilities

- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Operate the commercial dishwasher safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
- Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment, floors, walls, and workstations.
- Remove garbage and recycling while keeping waste areas clean and organized.
- Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety,



sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Support kitchen staff with general cleaning and closing duties.
- Notify management of any equipment issues or maintenance concerns.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.

Requirements

- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is an asset.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
