Make an impact with our Tax team as a Senior Accountant. As a trusted advisor, you’ll provide specialty tax advisory services to our Private Enterprise, High-Net worth and Family Office, and Qualified clients. This is a predominantly advisory role as tax compliance is handled by other teams.

Our day-to-day advisory includes, but not limited to –

- Family trust and estate planning
- Merger and Acquisition transactions
- CRA audit support and dispute resolution
- Corporate restructuring; and
- Compensation planning

As part of a small team, you’ll work directly with our partners and business leaders providing a development rich environment and direct room for advancement.

Responsibilities

- Assist with strategic tax planning
- Execute tax research on complex tax matters and deliver accurate recommendations
- Provide strong client support
- CRA correspondence
- Other tasks as required

Skills and Experience

- CPA designation an asset




- A strong knowledge of Canadian tax laws is required
- 2+ years of tax experience or public accounting experience; advisory coaching and mentorship will be provided
- Completion of In-Depth Tax Program (asset)
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
- Written and verbal English language skills, with French considered an asset
