Provide leadership at our 16 element Challenge Course. Work within the Program Team to deliver energetic activities and challenge campers to challenge their own comfort zones

Experience:

- At least one year of staff or Proságo experience
- Must be a certified Medeba Climbing Instructor, a certified Medeba Ropes Course Instructor, and a certified Medeba Belayer or equivalent
- Positive communication and organizational skills
- An aptitude for teaching.

Duties include:

- Responsible for High Ropes, Giant Swing, Zipline, Vertical Team Challenge, and Team Building (Low Ropes)
- Initiate, implement and lead an efficient, quality and safety conscious ropes program, in accordance with the ACCT Standards and Medeba's Risk Management Manual
- Provide expertise, experience and skills specific to the operation of the ropes areas
- Evening program support
- Member of the Program Team.
- Must be able to work well with others and lead by example

Age Requirement: 19 years old
Honorarium: starts at $220/week
Length: 10 weeks
