We are looking to hire an experienced Outside Sales Representative to help keep us growing in the Alberta region. The Impact You'll Make

As our Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the trusted advisor farmers turn to for solutions that make a real difference in their operations. You won’t just sell products—you’ll build long-term relationships, provide expert guidance, and help producers make informed decisions that improve productivity, profitability, and sustainability.

What You'll Do

· Develop and manage a portfolio of farm and agri-business clients across your territory.

· Conduct on-site visits to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.

· Promote and sell our full range of products and services, and precision dairy technology.

· Deal with various technologies and equipment to fulfill the job requirements.

· Collaborate with technical specialists to deliver value-added recommendations.

· Attend local agricultural events, trade shows,



and producer meetings to build brand presence.

· Track sales activity, forecast demand, and report on market trends to the leadership team.

What You'll Bring

· Proven experience in agricultural sales and/or farm management.

· Solid knowledge of the dairy industry practices and Agri-inputs.

· Excellent relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for helping dairy producers succeed.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory.

Pay: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
