We are a modern, rapidly growing dental clinic located in the Brentwood area of Burnaby. As our practice continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced,professional, and patient-focused Senior Dental Receptionist to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a quick-pacedenvironment, takes pride in providing exceptional patient service, and has strong knowledge of dental administration.

Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and provide a positive first impression
- Manage appointment scheduling and optimize the daily schedule
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Prepare estimates and explain treatment fees to patients
- Process billing, payments, and account receivables
- Coordinate communication with patients, specialists, and insurance providers
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with training and mentoring front desk team members when needed

Qualifications

Required:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a dental receptionist in BC, Canada
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment coordination




- Experience with dental practice management software (Tracker preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Qualified, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Friendly, confident, and committed to providing outstanding customer service

Assets:

- Experience with Tracker software
- Knowledge of the BC Dental Association Fee Guide
- Experience in a high-volume or multi-provider dental practice

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
