We are currently looking for a Client Service Specialist to join our team.

Duties include:

-Greeting and assisting walk in clients

-Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate personal

- Responding to incoming customer queries regarding our products and sign service

-Entering any necessary data for sign installs and assigning driver runs for daily sign installation

-Office liaison for Sign installers out in the field

-Managing client experience by addressing concerns/issues, listening to complaints and troubleshooting problems

-Calming irate customers and attempting to de-escalate situations by providing workable alternatives that satisfy the customer and help to retain them

-Promoting and educating customers on how to use our database

- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
