We are seeking dedicated farm workers to join our agricultural team. This role involves hands-on work in crop cultivation, maintenance, and operation of farm machinery. Duties
- Assist with planting, watering, and harvesting crops using appropriate tools and techniques
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance on irrigation systems, pumps, and other farm infrastructure
- Use hand tools and power tools for various tasks including pruning, repairing fences, and equipment upkeep
- Conduct basic repairs and troubleshooting on mechanical systems as needed
- Assist with heavy lifting of supplies, produce, or equipment to support daily operations
- Monitor crop health and report any issues related to pests or plant diseases
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
Skills
