We're looking for a motivated Leasing Representative who is passionate about building relationships, growing their business, and being rewarded for their success. If you're someone who enjoys meeting current people, creating opportunities, and controlling your own earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of leasing clients, both individual and commercial
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into loyal customers
- Guide clients through the leasing process, offering expert advice and tailored solutions
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless account management
Who You Are:
- Motivated to prospect and develop new business
- Self-starter with the drive to deliver results
- Strong analytical skills with a head for numbers
- Skilled at building long-lasting customer relationships
- Hold a valid driver’s license and can provide a motor vehicle abstract
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to handle paperwork efficiently
