Ermrich Industry Inc. is a trusted importer, distributor, and B2B direct sales company serving the construction industry for over 30 years.

We supply consumables to professionals in concrete, stone, and related trades.

About the Role:

This is not an entry-level position.

We are looking for a proven sales performer who can manage existing accounts, generate new business, and build long-term customer relationships.

This role is outside sales (+ inside sales) and requires daily job site visits, consistent follow-up, and strong closing ability.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Managing and growing an existing book of business

- Actively prospecting and closing new accounts

- Visiting customers and job sites daily

- Quoting, negotiating, and closing deals

- Following up on orders, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction

- Driving repeat business through strong relationship management

Minimum Requirements (Must Have):

- 3–5+ years of SALES experience in construction, tools, or related industry

- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting sales targets

- Strong understanding of construction consumables (concrete, stone, tools, safety equipment, etc.)





- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle

- Laptop

What Success Looks Like:

- Monthly sales target: $45,000+

- Consistent customer visits and pipeline development

- Ability to maintain strong margins (not just volume)

Compensation:

- Base Salary ($50,000) + Commission (3%-10%+ of gross profit)

- Mileage reimbursement (CRA rate)

- Future performance bonuses

This role is best suited for someone motivated by performance-based earnings

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- 8-hour workday (30-minute unpaid lunch)

- Combination of field work and office/warehouse
