- Provide customer service to meet customer needs
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer while following company policies and procedures
- Manage lotto services
- Process utility payments, rentals, and transactions
- Perform negative transactions such as refund or return transactions
- Assist in Front End Department functions
- Maintain customer service desk area
- Assist other departments and functions as required
- Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards
- Perform administrative duties as required

What you bring to the table:

- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Partial high school
- No previous experience required





Receiving & Inventory Management

- Accept, unload and verify all incoming shipments (including distribution center and direct vendor deliveries) against purchase orders.
- Inspect goods for damage, verify quantities and promptly document or report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a neat, safe, and highly organized backroom utilizing proper inventory storage principles.
- Process returns and prepare outgoing shipments according to company protocols.

Merchandising & Floor Execution

- Ensure the efficient flow of merchandise from the receiving area directly to the sales floor.
- Stock and rotate products on the shelves, ensuring correct placement and removing any damaged or expired.
- Implement visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are front-faced and eye catching.
- Print and execute signage, talkers and price labels for promotions, flyers and corporate markdowns.
