Minute Men Moving and Storage is growing and looking for a punctual candidate with a focus in customer service for the position of driver/mover. We are affiliated with United Van Lines and has two branches on Vancouver Island – Nanaimo and Duncan.
Job type: Full-time
Annual earning 38k – 48k. Work shift Monday to Saturday.
Group benefit after 3 months with extended health and dental coverage.
We provide Company uniform.
Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
· Assist Crew with Loading and Unloading household effects.
· Wrapping all items with furniture pads
· Taking apart items required and reassembling them.
· Keeping all workspaces clean and tidy
The successful candidate will have:
· Exceptional customer relation skills
· Drivers must have a valid driver's licence and an up to date abstract
· Must be able to pass background check
· Willing to learn how to be successful with excellent career potential
· Ability to lift heavy furniture as required
· Moving experience is an asset but we can provide training for the right applicant
· University students are more than welcome to apply for summer employment
