Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Innkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with efficiency and professionalism

- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area

- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively

-Process retail purchases from our gift shop

-Serve guests in our coffee bar

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or inn setting is welcome but not necessary





- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff

- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling reservations

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for catering to diverse guests but not necessary
