We are looking for a Veterinary Practice Development Representative to build long-term relationships with veterinary clinics throughout British Columbia. This is not a traditional sales position. Your success will be measured by the trust you build, the relationships you develop, and the opportunities you create to help our customers succeed.

What You'll Do

- Visit veterinary clinics and build qualified relationships.
- Support existing customers while introducing West-Jan's services to new clinics.
- Identify opportunities for preventive maintenance, equipment upgrades, and technical support.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and territory activity.
- Represent West-Jan with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.




- Self-motivated and organized.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a territory.
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset.
- Veterinary or medical industry experience is an asset but not required—we will provide training.

Requirements

- Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence.
- Eligible to work in Canada.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to transport demonstration equipment safely.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
