Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team in a pivotal,

multi-faceted role. This position is a unique blend of Project Manager, Estimator, and Operations

Manager, and you will serve as the President's right-hand person. The ideal candidate will be a

proactive problem-solver with a strong background in environmental construction.

ready to take on a leadership role and contribute directly to the company's growth and

operational efficiency.

Qualifications

 Proven experience in project management, estimating, and operations, preferably within

the geotechnical drilling, environmental contracting, or a related field.

 Strong understanding of drilling and excavation processes.

 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.





 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced

workplace.

 Proficiency with project management and estimation software.

 A valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within

scope, and on budget.

 Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for new projects and bids.

 Oversee day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and logistics.

 Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent

communication.

 Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

 Provide leadership and mentorship to the field and office teams.

 Ensure all projects and operations comply with safety and environmental regulations.

 Assist the President with strategic planning and business development.
