Production Worker – Afternoon Shift

Location: Waterloo, ON
Pay: $18.00–$21.00/hour (based on experience)
Shift: Afternoon Shift – 4:00 PM onwards
Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

We are currently hiring Production Workers to join a growing manufacturing team specializing in automotive lighting products, including tail lights, headlights, and other small electronic components.

This is an excellent chance for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a clean, fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

- Assemble and inspect small automotive electronic components such as headlights and tail lights
- Operate production equipment and assembly tools safely
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Package finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow production schedules and work efficiently to meet daily targets




- Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned

Requirements

- Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Steel-toe safety shoes required
