Dolma Food Market is a vibrant food store with the feel of a farmer’s market; we’re the fresh food connection to local producers. Part butcher, part baker, part fisher, part farmer and all parts great fresh food.
Major Responsibilities:

- Create a shopping experience that engages customers in a way that enhances loyalty, sales, and profit
- Provide superior customer service and support Dolma Food vision of the best shopping experience.
- Sliced and package deli product base on company standard
- Demonstrate growth in product knowledge, including awareness of product changes, promotions, and seasonal trends
- Guide customers throughout the shopping process by using suggestive selling techniques
- Ensure OH&S;, food safety, and other regulatory requirements and procedures are implemented and maintained
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment as per Company requirements
- May be requested to undertake other related duties on a periodic basis.

Qualifications

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills.




- Clear and effective communication style, both written and oral.
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities while communicating with customers and Dolma food team members.
- Ability to learn manual and automated systems/tools.
- Skilled at working in a fast-paced setting while maintaining priorities and a high level of performance.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings.
- Fluency in English and French shall be considered an asset.
- Previous experiences in the food industry shall be considered an asset
- Passionate about food, knowledgeable about culinary topics, and eager to learn more about cuisine and food-related information are considered an asset.

The pay could be more based on qualification.
