We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious member to join our team with one of our staff heading to school.
An ideal candidate for our clinic would be someone with previous reception experience, exceptional people skills and a love for pets. Previous veterinary experience is an asset, but not required. We are happy to teach.
Hours include but are not limited to Monday - Fridays from 3pm - 7pm, some Saturdays and/or holidays 9am - 3pm.
Currently looking for a candidate to start ~September 1st. Potential for some shifts prior to this date.
Expected job requirements are:
- Answering the phone, booking appointments, calling clients with reminders and follow ups
- Invoicing clients
- Assisting doctors with animal restraint and minor procedures (ex. sample collection, nail trims, etc.)
- General clinic maintenance, cleaning
