What You'll Do

- Install residential HVAC systems alongside a professional installation team
- Fabricate and install high-quality sheet metal systems
- Complete occasional repair work when required
- Deliver clean, professional installations that you're proud to put your name on
- Work closely with your teammates to provide an outstanding customer experience
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Represent Handy Bros with professionalism and integrity every day

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for people who:

- Hold a valid 308A Sheet Metal Journeyperson Licence
- Have a G2 or G3 Gas Fitter Licence (preferred)
- Work hard and enjoy staying productive
- Are naturally good with their hands
- Take pride in clean, professional workmanship
- Care about quality without sacrificing efficiency
- Show up every day with a positive attitude
- Are dependable, honest, and accountable
- Enjoy working as part of a high-performing team
