Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen, ensuring cleanliness, food quality, and excellent service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and hospitality, with experience in restaurant or hotel settings preferred. Duties

- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, common spaces and cookware
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed to meet safety regulations
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by helping with food prep and service tasks
- Follow sanitation protocols to uphold hygiene standards in all food-related activities
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with staff members

Qualifications





- Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environments is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
- Ability to perform basic food preparation and cooking tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience serving or working in food service is a plus
