Red Deer Catholic Regional Schools (RDCRS) is seeking exceptional candidates for administrative leadership positions within our school division. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong Catholic Christian leadership, a deep understanding of authentic learning strategies, and the ability to foster inclusive, learner-centered environments.

We are looking for individuals who possess:

- Demonstrates exceptional organizational abilities and thrives in collaborative team environments

- Possesses a strong understanding of the critical role of instructional leadership in driving student success

- Deeply values the importance of relationships and meaningful stakeholder engagement

- Passionate about both teaching and lifelong learning





- Must be a practicing Catholic with a current pastoral reference

- Preference will be given to candidates with:

- - Demonstrated leadership experience

- A Master’s degree in Education or a related field

- Proven ability to lead educational change effectively
