Position Summary

Thor Motors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Detailer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, reconditioning, and preparing recent, used, and customer vehicles to the highest standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring every vehicle reflects the quality and professionalism of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities

- Wash, clean, polish, and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles.

- Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for delivery and display.

- Vacuum interiors, shampoo carpets, clean upholstery, and condition leather surfaces.

- Apply waxes, sealants, dressings, and other protective treatments as required.

- Clean windows, wheels, tires, engine compartments, and door jambs.

- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality before customer delivery.

- Maintain the appearance of showroom vehicles and dealership inventory.

- Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership lot and service areas.

- Ensure detailing equipment, tools, and work areas are clean, organized, and in good working condition.

- Follow dealership safety policies and procedures.

- Assist with lot maintenance and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Previous vehicle detailing experience preferred but not required.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles is an asset.





- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day.

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
