Job Description

Nova Renewables Inc. is a dynamic and growing leader in the renewable energy sector. We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Solar Sales Consultants. This is not a remote position. This role involves direct, in-person client engagement and requires a full-time commitment.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively engage with prospective clients in a designated territory to generate interest in our solar energy solutions.
- Conduct educational presentations on the benefits of solar power, including cost savings and environmental impact.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for a senior sales team member to close the deal.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Continuously learn about new products, market trends, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.




- A positive attitude and a resilient, goal-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with direct customer interaction in a field-based role.
- A passion for sustainability and clean energy is a plus.
- No prior sales experience is required; we provide comprehensive training.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Average First-Year Earnings: $30,000 as a part time to 100,000 as full time + (uncapped).
- Performance-based compensation: This role offers a highly rewarding commission structure. Top performers have the potential to earn well into six figures annually.
